Welcome to Nabz-e-Waqt. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of any timepieces or accessories from Nabz-e-Waqt. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Orders, Pricing, & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Order Placement & Verification: All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and stock availability. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we reserve the right to verify your order via phone call or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.
Pricing Accuracy: Prices for our timepieces are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a technical or typographical pricing error, Nabz-e-Waqt reserves the right to cancel or adjust any affected orders.
Order Limits: We reserve the right to limit order quantities or decline orders suspected of unauthorized commercial resale or fraudulent activity.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Courier Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched via our designated courier partners. Standard delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery deadlines.
Inspection Upon Receipt: Customers are strongly advised to inspect the exterior courier flyer/packaging before accepting delivery. If the outer packaging appears open or severely damaged, please report it immediately to our customer support team.
Shipping Charges & Re-Delivery: Free or flat-rate shipping applies as advertised on the site. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or unreachability during delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.

3. Returns, Exchanges, & Unboxing Policy

Return Window: Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The watch must be completely unworn and undamaged.
- All original protective film, tags, case-back stickers, and packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards) must remain fully intact.
Unboxing Video: To prevent fraudulent claims, we recommend recording a continuous video while unboxing your package upon delivery. This helps accelerate claims for items received damaged in transit or missing components.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Custom-engraved timepieces or metal bracelets that have been resized/adjusted are non-refundable and final sale.

4. Limited Movement Warranty

Coverage: Nabz-e-Waqt provides no warranty. We try our best to make sure the provided article to the purchaser is in infact best condition and as we send a recorded video of packaging it. We let the customer know there is no such issue regarding the article.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including the Nabz-e-Waqt name, brand logo, product designs, photographs, graphics, and written content—is the exclusive property of Nabz-e-Waqt. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of brand assets is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nabz-e-Waqt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the watch.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of these terms or purchases made through Nabz-e-Waqt shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
